Learn how to tone and strengthen your body as it goes through the remarkable changes of pregnancy! This class uses a modified sequence of Pilates exercises designed especially for pregnant women. Pilates can help strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, improve balance and alignment as the body grows bigger and can help reduce lower back pain. No prior Pilates experience needed.

Entrance to clinics- Atlanta Birth Center & Vital Life Health Center: The grey structural awning closest to Interstate 75/85 is the main building entrance. Once inside, you will see the entrance to our shared waiting room straight ahead, left of the elevators. Come through the glass double doors. Construction is finished within our clinics, but the building is still undergoing upgrades.

These classes are designed to be done in home! If you have a mat or towel to use, have it nearby, along with a water bottle. We typically require a MEDICAL CONSENT FORM, but know that might be delayed for you to get at this time.
