Get ready for a great all over body workout! This class incorporates cardio, strength training for arms and legs and focused abdominal work. Instructors will help you learn how to strengthen and rehab your core. Baby is in a front carrier for the cardio and strength training portion of class. Your baby can be incorporated into the abdominal and floor exercises. Baby age: 4 weeks to 18 months

Class meets in Community Building at Keswick Park Bring a mat/towel and front carrier for baby especially for when we meet indoors. (Class will be in community building during Winter and when it's rainy) If the weather is nice, we'll meet outside. --------------- METRO-ATLANTA MISSED CLASS AND MAKE-UP POLICY Oh Baby! Fitness has a very unique and generous missed class policy. If you miss a class, you will be allowed to make it up in any other comparable (pregnancy or mom & baby) class BEFORE your session ends. No credits will be given for classes you do not make-up during the current session. If you don't make up a missed class before the end of the session, you forfeit your credits. If you miss the last class in a session, you will not be allowed to make it up, so think ahead! Single class registrants may not make-up missed classes. You MUST attend class on the date purchased. If you need a welcome note for directions to a class location for a makeup, please message Piedmont Hospital Atlanta Fitness Club is the only facility with special parking directions needed. What to Bring

These classes are designed to be done in home! We wear babies for the first part of class in a front carrier or baby bjorn. If you have a mat or towel to use, have it nearby, along with a water bottle. We typically require a MEDICAL CONSENT FORM, but know that might be delayed for you to get at this time. We ask that you work out at a level that feels safe and comfortable for you.
