Take the time to center, connect and focus on yourself and your baby. Stretch and soothe your sore back, shoulders and legs. Learn to relax, breathe and meditate in preparation for the big day. No yoga experience is necessary, but if you practice yoga regularly, you'll love our challenging modified poses.

Follow signs to the Womens Center and park on that end of the campus. Parking is free. There is a water fountain in front of the women's center and the roof is sloped with skylights that look like leaves. Directions to Forsyth Classroom B. When you enter the women's center at Forsyth, the classrooms are on the 1st floor. Pass though the rotunda and follow the signs (hanging from ceiling) to the education classrooms. The classrooms are marked A and B. METRO-ATLANTA MISSED CLASS AND MAKE-UP POLICY Oh Baby! Fitness has a very unique and generous missed class policy. If you miss a class, you will be allowed to make it up in any other comparable (pregnancy or mom & baby) class BEFORE your session ends. No credits will be given for classes you do not make-up during the current session. If you don't make up a missed class before the end of the session, you forfeit your credits. If you miss the last class in a session, you will not be allowed to make it up, so think ahead! Single class registrants may not make-up missed classes. You MUST attend class on the date purchased. If you need a welcome note for directions to a class location for a makeup, please message Piedmont Hospital Atlanta Fitness Club is the only facility with special parking directions needed. What to Bring

yoga mat, towel, bed or sofa pillow, strap (bathrobe belt will do), water. These classes are designed to be done in home!  We typically require a MEDICAL CONSENT FORM, but know that might be delayed for you to get at this time.
