The pool is where a pregnant woman wants to be! This fun (and challenging) aqua workout will tone your body by using the water for resistance training. Additional benefits: you're weightless when you're in the water (PRICELESS!), and water workouts help reduce swelling!

The pool is in the Robert W. Woodruff Physical Activities Building located at 225 East Dougherty St. Indoor pool: water temp 82-84 degrees. Classes run rain or shine! FREE PARKING: by the tennis courts (which are much closer to the Woodruff Building than the parking deck). If for some reason you get a citation, you can sign the back of the citation, turn the citation in and the citation will be dismissed as you are taking a class at Agnes Scott. The lot by the tennis courts is accessible from South McDonough Street. Allow extra time to park - especially for the first class. If you have a baby, make sure to bring your stroller as your walk may be lengthy. If the tennis court parking lot is full, please park in the free parking deck located on S. McDonough (Immediately after you cross over College it's on your right). You'll need your stroller as it's a good walk to the Woodruff building. METRO-ATLANTA MISSED CLASS AND MAKE-UP POLICY Oh Baby! Fitness has a very unique and generous missed class policy. If you miss a class, you will be allowed to make it up in any other comparable (pregnancy or mom & baby) class BEFORE your session ends. No credits will be given for classes you do not make-up during the current session. If you don't make up a missed class before the end of the session, you forfeit your credits. If you miss the last class in a session, you will not be allowed to make it up, so think ahead! Single class registrants may not make-up missed classes. You MUST attend class on the date purchased. Making Up a Class: Attend any comparable (pregnancy or mom & baby) class at any location before your session ends. When you sign in at the class you have chosen, write 'make-up' next to your name. Our automated system will track your attendance. One bonus of our make-up policy: many women choose to miss a class on purpose, so they can try out another Oh Baby! Fitness class. (ie. you're signed up for Pregnancy Pilates, but you decide to do your make-up in a Pregnancy Water Aerobics class). **Always check the Today's Classes link to make sure the class you want to attend as a make-up is running.**
