Overview
This specially designed combo gives you a taste of everything Oh Baby! has to offer in a prenatal exercise class. We start out with 20 minutes of aerobic and cardio work. That's followed by 20 minutes of strength training for arms, legs and abs. Class finishes with a 20 minute yoga cool- down including relaxation, stretching and meditation.

There are two entrances to the hospital. Whichever one you enter, take a parking ticket and then follow the signs to the Women's Pavilion parking lot. Go up the stairs and into the main entrance of the Women's Pavilion. Class meets in the Rose/Azalea room. The lady at the desk will be able to direct you if needed. Bring parking ticket into class so that it can be validated and you will not be charged for parking. METRO-ATLANTA MISSED CLASS AND MAKE-UP POLICY Oh Baby! Fitness has a very unique and generous missed class policy. If you miss a class, you will be allowed to make it up in any other comparable (pregnancy or mom & baby) class BEFORE your session ends. No credits will be given for classes you do not make-up during the current session. If you don't make up a missed class before the end of the session, you forfeit your credits. If you miss the last class in a session, you will not be allowed to make it up, so think ahead! Single class registrants may not make-up missed classes. You MUST attend class on the date purchased.

What to Bring

A yoga mat, towel and a bottle of water. Wear tennis shoes as majority of class is cardio and strength training. You will also need to bring a signed MEDICAL CONSENT FORM in order to participate in class. Click here to download a form. Oh Baby! Fitness requires medical clearance for ALL pregnant clients.
