Overview
This specially designed combo gives you a taste of everything Oh Baby! has to offer in a prenatal exercise class. We start out with 20 minutes of aerobic and cardio work. That's followed by 20 minutes of strength training for arms, legs and abs. Class finishes with a 20 minute yoga cool- down including relaxation, stretching and meditation.

Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center is located in the 2001 Building across from Piedmont Hospital on Peachtree Road. For more information, please call (404) 605-1965 PARKING DIRECTIONS: To the north of the professional building there is a driveway.. If you're going toward Buckhead on Peachtree it's the FIRST RIGHT after the Professional Building) Turn in and you'll see the Darlington Building and a black & white sign for the Brookwood Valley Apartments. Veer right into the parking deck for the Piedmont Hospital Health & Fitness Club The passcode for the gate is 1989*. Tell the attendant at the front desk you are attending an Oh Baby! Fitness class and they will direct you to the appropriate room/pool. Ask for a towel if you need one. They're available near the front desk. You have access to the lockers in the changing room. There are signs posted explaining how to lock and unlock them. POOL/STORM POLICY: The pool closes when thunder or lightning is in the area. If the weather looks threatening, please call the Health Club 30 minutes before your class at 404.605.1965 and ask the front desk if the pool is open. If it's closed, class is canceled for the evening. All participants MUST shower before entering the pool. This is not optional. Piedmont Hospital Health and Fitness Club will give all Oh Baby! Fitness class participants a one free guest pass to the health club. Please ask a representative at the front desk for your one-time guest pass. If you have participated in Oh Baby Fitness Programming and wish to become a member at the Piedmont Hospital Health and Fitness Club, the hospital will waive the initiation fee upon joining. This is a value of $150.00 -$300.00. Please visit our website for more details at http://www.piedmont.org and select "Health Fitness Club" from the services listed. Makeup Policy: Oh Baby! Fitness has a very unique and generous missed class policy. If you miss a class, you will be allowed to make it up in any other comparable (pregnancy or mom & baby) class before your session ends. No credits will be given for classes you do not make-up during the current session. If you don't make up a missed class before the end of the session, you forfeit your credits. If you miss the last class in a session, you will not be allowed to make it up, so think ahead! Single class registrants may not make-up missed classes. You MUST attend class on the date purchased. Making Up a Class: Attend any comparable (pregnancy or mom & baby) class at any location before your session ends. When you sign in at the class you have chosen, write 'make-up' next to your name. Our automated system will track your attendance. One bonus of our make-up policy: many women choose to miss a class on purpose, so they can try out another Oh Baby! Fitness class. (ie. you're signed up for Pregnancy Pilates, but you decide to do your make-up in a Pregnancy Water Aerobics class). **Always check the "Today's Classes" link to make sure the class you want to attend as a make-up is running.**

What to Bring

A yoga mat, towel and a bottle of water. Wear tennis shoes as majority of class is cardio and strength training.
