This specially designed combo gives you a taste of everything Oh Baby! has to offer in a prenatal exercise class. We start out with 20 minutes of aerobic and cardio work. That's followed by 20 minutes of strength training for arms, legs and abs. Class finishes with a 20 minute yoga cool- down including relaxation, stretching and meditation.

This class is held in the Rehab Gym in Medical Office Building 2. The entrance faces Midway Road. The gym is on the right side of the lobby. OH BABY! DALLAS MISSED CLASS AND MAKE-UP POLICY Oh Baby! Fitness has a very unique and generous missed class policy. If you miss a class, you will be allowed to make it up in any other comparable (pregnancy or mom & baby) class BEFORE your session ends. No credits will be given for classes you do not make-up during the current session. If you don't make up a missed class before the end of the session, you forfeit your credits, unless you are enrolled in the next full session. Single class registrants may make-up missed classes if you are registered for future classes.

What to Bring

A yoga mat, towel and a bottle of water. Wear tennis shoes as majority of class is cardio and strength training.
