Class Length:
45 minutes
Get your tummy back into shape and build core strength. Based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates, this class strengthens abdominal muscles, develops muscle strength and increases flexibility. A focus on pelvic floor and abdominal separation and rehab. Throughout the class, you'll have the option of involving your baby in the movements or having your baby close to you on your mat. You don't need previous Pilates experience to join this mat class.

Buying the pilates class includes one hour of play at the kids club for your kids during class. If you decide to stay in the club after 10:00am, you must pay club admission. If you miss a class, please make it up within the session. If you bought the session, you are allowed to make up ONE class in the following session. Please check with the instructor to make sure there is room before coming. :)

What to Bring

These classes are designed to be done in home!  If you have a mat or towel to use, have it nearby, along with a water bottle. We typically require a MEDICAL CONSENT FORM, but know that might be delayed for you to get at this time. We ask that you work out at a level that feels safe and comfortable for you.
