I'm not from Atlanta, in fact I'm not from the US, so when I had our first baby I was really missing my network of old friends to share new mummy (mommy!) experiences with. Oh Baby was a great way for me to meet new people who were going through the same things as me - first when we were expecting babies and then after when our new bundles of joy arrived. It was also a good way to get back into working out again - without the worry I was over (or under!) doing it and also doing specific exercises that target those post pregnancy trouble spots!
I just loved my instructor for the last 5 months : Shelley. She was just great ! I have never had a better instructor and thanks to her class I was able to keep my weight to a normal level and I was also able to feel much better about the pain I had last months of pregnancy. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate having such a great instructor!

I did the combo class, yoga, water aerobics, and sometimes Pilates through Oh Baby Fitness when I was pregnant with sweet baby James. I HIGHLY recommend it for all pregnant moms who are able. Not only did it help me feel better, I met some amazing women who were also pregnant who are still my friends. The support we give each other is so important!!
Thank you for your awesome fitness program. After just one class, I felt more confident about what my body can do. As a first-time expectant mother, I was overly delicate with my movements. But since starting this class, I'm challenging myself to stay active and fit and it feels great!
My labor went really quickly, and I pushed for only about 30-40 minutes which I attribute to all my Oh Baby Fitness classes. You all helped me get through labor and delivery very easily!
My Oh Baby! pregnancy classes helped me maintain strong abdominal muscles and develop great breathing techniques that definitely helped during and after labor. After 24 hours of labor, our daughter, Lola, was born in the water after 15 minutes of deep breathing and 30 of coordinated pushing. I was awake and alert and the environment was calm and peaceful. Now I can't wait to start going to Oh Baby! classes with Lola. I recommend going to these classes as soon as you find out you are pregnant! The exercise is wonderful and the support of the instructors and community of women is so valuable.
I've so enjoyed my experience with Oh Baby and really think the classes helped keep me comfortable through pregnancy and during delivery (4 pushes and he was out!) The instructors are motivating and do a fantastic job of keeping everyone engaged. They're also a wonderful resource for all things pregnancy. I recommend you guys to all my pregnant friends!
I just wanted to let you know how much I have loved my Oh Baby experience! I had the most wonderful time taking the combo and water aerobics classes throughout my pregnancy. The best part is I met wonderful friends. We all recently got together for our first play date last week; it was truly great to have had their support pre and post baby. Now, we are taking the stroller class together.
Thanks so much for all you do; Oh Baby is a great avenue for pregnant women and moms!
This has been my favorite fitness class that I've taken in a long time - including pre-pregnancy. Our instructor is motivating and challenging and the class format inspires community. I'm incredibly impressed with Oh Baby Fitness. All the instructors are very skilled and attentive.
Everything went amazingly well with my delivery, and I believe a lot of credit goes to Oh Baby! Fitness! The doctors and nurses were amazed at how fast I progressed and that I only needed to push for 40 minutes! They were also very impressed at how effectively and efficiently I pushed. I was the fastest delivery of the day! I believe that the exercises that I did through your program facilitated the easy delivery. I also believe that exercising until the very end really paid off.
