Saundra has been a group fitness instructor since 2016 and teaches barre, water fitness and HIIT formats. She began her yoga instructor journey by completed 200 hour training in February of 2020 the same month as joining the Oh Baby! fitneas family. She's excited to teach other expectant moms, because as a current expectant mom due in August 2020. She wanted to continue her fitness program in a way that would be safe for mom and baby and decided to learn all about the best practices, which she can now share with others.
