Rachel is a certified group fitness instructor, personal trainer and mother of two. Rachel has been teaching with Oh Baby! since February 2013, only 8 weeks after giving birth to her first child. Rachel is passionate about women's fitness especially helping moms stay healthy for themselves and their babies.
