Charnel Miller is an Instructor in Atlanta who specializes in Personal Wellbeing and Fitness. Along with yoga, she trains in circuit, endurance training, strength training, health fitness, weight loss, plyometric training and prenatal/postpartum fitness. With that being said, her goal is to help people achieve balance and any fitness goals. Charnel is an Atlanta native and has studied at the Kennesaw State University for Architecture. Charnel is a mother of 3; one baby boy, and two blossoming young ladies. She spends her spare time drawing, painting, attending film/art/musical festivities and taking care of her family.
