Pregnancy class - Pregnancy Pilates
Each class runs 1 hour
Learn how to tone and strengthen your body as it goes through the remarkable changes of pregnancy! This class uses a modified sequence of Pilates exercises designed especially for pregnant women. Pilates can help strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, improve balance and alignment as the body grows bigger and can help reduce lower back pain. No prior Pilates experience needed.
What to bring: Pilates mat, pillow, bottle of water.
